Frequently asked questions

Has the device been factory reset and has the previous owner's information been erased?

Absolutely! Your privacy is our top priority. As part of our thorough process where every device is expertly tested, we perform a secure, professional-grade wipe on the SSD to permanently erase all previous user data. The MacBook is then fully restored to its original factory settings and meticulously verified to ensure it is completely unlinked from any iCloud account, leaving it fresh and ready for you.

Will this model be compatible with the new artificial intelligence features (Apple Intelligence)?

Absolutely! Equipped with an Apple Silicon processor (M1, M2, M3, or M4), this model fully meets all hardware requirements for Apple Intelligence. You will just need to update your macOS to a compatible version to start enjoying these intelligent features seamlessly.

What are the fundamental differences between the M1, M2, M3, and M4 chips in the MacBook Air?

All M-series chips completely transform your laptop's performance compared to older Intel processors. The M1 chip remains incredibly fast and efficient for daily tasks, the M2 introduces a redesigned chassis with enhanced graphics power, and the M3 and M4 chips bring cutting-edge 3-nanometer technology for maximum long-term durability and processing speed.
